If you take damage from an effect, DBM can tell you you're in that effect and should move. I don't see this as breaking the game really, just having a big clock on screen would do a similar thing.ģ. This is something that can be done by having a guy with a stopwatch, but keeping track of that is pretty much a barrier to having fun playing the game, so that guy is certainly not complaining about being able to play instead. For such abilities, DBM shows a countdown after they're first used. Some activities are done, say, "every 30 seconds". When the fight ends they get told that you're out of combat. People who /tell you get a message about your current combat state. During a boss fight, you don't get tells. One of the things I sort of suspect is that the people saying it's horrible are people who, say, didn't actually use it, and are going off things that someone told them it did.ġ. I really just don't see the problem I am not seeing how the mod breaks the game. I ran it a fair bit of the time, and a number of people I know ran it, but not all. DBM is pretty much the #1 or #2 example of "this mod was horrible and broke the game".
